Heather is a high-performing Real Estate Professional with over 13 years of diverse experience in the industry.

Her foray into real estate began when she discovered her passion for remodeling homes and green building. After buying, remodeling & selling several investment properties of her own, Heather went on to work as a design consultant for a custom green builder. She also spearheaded the company’s remodel sales division and played a key role in the building of two award-winning, LEED®-certified homes. Capitalizing on her knowledge & experience, Heather then launched her full-time real estate practice in the East Bay.

Background & Education

Born in Berkeley and raised in Piedmont, and currently living in Oakland, Heather has a deep appreciation for the beauty & diversity of the East Bay. With a degree from Cornell University & a solid foundation in the art & science of building, Heather has the education, knowledge & experience to effectively market your existing home or help you choose a new one. Hobbies & Interests

When she’s not working, Heather can usually be found outdoors, hiking in one of our many scenic regional parks or working in one of her volunteer environmental groups.

Heather is committed to sustainable building practices. She is a graduate of the National Sustainable Building Advisor Program, is certified as a Green Building Professional (CGBP) and is also a founder & Vice Chair of the Climate Action Committee (CAC) for the Oakland Berkeley Association of Realtors®. Heather is fluent in Spanish and spent a year living abroad in Seville, Spain. An advocate for children, she served as an East Bay board member of PLAYWORKS® for over 6 years.
